The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager within our Randstad Gold Coast team, you'll be a key driver of our business growth. You will be instrumental in expanding our client portfolio in the business support sector, connecting leading companies with exceptional talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual to leverage their sales expertise and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow the local market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, understanding their current and future recruitment needs.
- Present Randstad's value proposition and tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment consultants within the Business Support team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
About You:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role is essential, with a strong track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrable experience in cold business development and a proactive approach to generating new leads are crucial.
- You are highly driven with a passion for achieving results and a strong commercial acumen.
- As a positive and team-oriented individual, you possess exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to build rapport with clients.
