Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to maintain local IT service delivery and operational continuity, learning on the job and escalating complex issues to senior teams.
- Provide on-site IT support at the designated locations, serving as the principal point of contact for local technical issues. 
- Manage and cover day-to-day IT activities as required, including equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. 
- Perform first-level triage and resolution for common issues related to client hardware, software, and local network access. 
- Install, configure, and maintain client hardware and peripheral devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, scanners). 
- The role requires the applicant to be an Australian Citizen. 
Skills and Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen. 
- Travel: Must have the ability to travel between the two specified sites (Rothwell and Clontarf). 
- Educational Background: A degree, diploma, or advanced certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
- Aptitude and Attitude: Must be quick on their feet, highly motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and possess a strong problem-solving mindset. 
- Customer Service Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
