Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to maintain local IT service delivery and operational continuity, learning on the job and escalating complex issues to senior teams.
Provide on-site IT support at the designated locations, serving as the principal point of contact for local technical issues.
Manage and cover day-to-day IT activities as required, including equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Perform first-level triage and resolution for common issues related to client hardware, software, and local network access.
Install, configure, and maintain client hardware and peripheral devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, scanners).
The role requires the applicant to be an Australian Citizen.
Skills and Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen.
Travel: Must have the ability to travel between the two specified sites (Rothwell and Clontarf).
Educational Background: A degree, diploma, or advanced certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Aptitude and Attitude: Must be quick on their feet, highly motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and possess a strong problem-solving mindset.
Customer Service Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
