Change Manager – Digital Marketplace Integration Contract to 30 June 2026 | $1,000/day inc. super or + GST | Melbourne CBD
A well-known national brand is rolling out a major on-demand delivery marketplace across their store network and needs an experienced Change Manager to lead the people and adoption side of this program.
You'll be embedded in the eCommerce team, partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to make sure this rollout lands well across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and delivering the end-to-end change management strategy
- Building training materials including e-learning modules, face-to-face sessions and SOPs
- Conducting change readiness assessments and tracking adoption metrics
- Engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Reporting progress to the steering committee
What we're looking for
- 8 to 10 years of change management experience across eCommerce, digital or marketplace environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working with both leadership and frontline teams
- Experience with on-demand delivery platforms or large-scale technology rollouts highly regarded
- Prosci or ACMP certification a bonus
The details
- up to $1,000 per day inc. super or equivalent plus GST (top of budget for someone with prev retail/ecomm experience delivering a marketplace project)
- Contract to 30 June 2026
- Melbourne CBD, 2 days on-site per week (flexible on days)
