investment and operations - senior analyst.

This investment manager is a leading brand in the market place and has been a provider of choice for decades. They have won numerous awards and are now looking for a Senior Analyst to join their Operations Team . This team is responsible for onboarding investment managers and making sure related accounts and transactions are documented properly.

The Role

This role will see you onboarding investment managers into custodial accounts with the group. You will assist in the execution and ongoing management of all the agreements and ensure processes are secure from a compliance point of view.

Working in a team of 5 you will help with managing stakeholder expectations and onboarding timelines, maintain powers of attorney and Authorisation register. Maintain up to date process documentation and administer proxy voting to ensure casting of votes is done accurately .

This role will see you working with investment managers and their counterparts to ensure all processes are met from the execution, maintenance and management of investment agreements.

Review and implementation of ongoing regulatory changes or requirements will go together with Derivative and fixed income reporting.

Your Experience

• Strong Experience in Investment Operations, documentation and compliance
• Experience of account opening requirements and procedures
• Exposure to legal documents and risk and compliance area within investment Area
• Degree in Finance , Legal or Accounting related discipline
