The Opportunity
We are seeking multiple enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Officers to join a high-volume, inbound Contact Centre team based in the Sydney CBD.
This is a 4-month temporary contract starting Monday 12th January 2026 with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional, first-call resolution service to customers over the phone.
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls related to general enquiries about novated leasing, running costs, contracts, and application processes.
- Accurately documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer outcomes.
Your Skills & Availability:
Experience: Proven, fast-paced customer service experience (Contact Centre, retail, or hospitality is highly regarded).
Communication: Excellent telephone manner and clear, empathetic communication skills.
Adaptability: Proven ability to learn new systems and complex information (like novated leasing) quickly.
Visa/Work Rights: Must hold current work rights to work Full-Time hours in Australia (all visa holders welcome to apply).
Interview Availability: Must be available to attend a face-to-face, in-person interview in the Sydney CBD.
