About the Opportunity
Multiple opportunities available at various levels for experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Technical Officers. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of ILS products and activities for LOTE, including technical documentation and supply support. In this role will provide technical expertise and support across various disciplines within Engineering and other departments.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly developed ILS team focused on ensuring the successful delivery of ILS Products and Activities for LOTE.
Responsibilities
... - Develop technical documentation including technical manuals and maintenance instructions for LOTE systems.
- Conduct and evaluate task analysis to support derivation of new task procedures.
- Execute supply support activities and products, including codification and provisioning.
- Complete basic calculations and perform analysis using existing ASC tools and procedures.
- Develop and maintain processes in support of the development and implementation of ILS products and activities.
- Undertake work and check design information at component and system/assembly levels.
About You
- Advanced Trade, Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree of Engineering in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience within projects of a complex nature within a maintenance/shipbuilding or related heavy industry.
- Experience in writing technical manuals and maintenance instructions, preferably for Defence projects.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of design, operation and maintenance, and the demonstrated ability to work within engineering standards.
- Familiarity with the use of a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Time management and ability to set appropriate priorities and work standards, managing multiple parallel tasks with high personal organisation.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

This role requires a Defence security clearance so being an Australian citizen is essential for eligibility.
