Randstad Digital is currently partnering with a leading QLD Energy client to find two individuals to join their team as Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialists. These pivotal roles are crucial for maintaining and evolving their enterprise architecture, with a particular focus on SailPoint IdentityNow.
As part of their team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the health, configuration, and strategic development of their IAM and PAM platforms. This means consistently meeting the organisation's evolving needs while strictly adhering to security, compliance, and operational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, onboarding new applications, and optimising platform efficiency. You'll also provide expert advice on IAM and PAM governance, especially concerning integrations within complex multi-domain environments and operational technology (OT) systems.
The Requirements
- Proven track record of designing, deploying, and optimising IAM and PAM solutions at scale.
- SailPoint Certified Identity Security Engineer
- Extensive knowledge of authentication protocols including AML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos
- Expertise in directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, or Entra ID
- Basic Knowledge of API Integration and ability to use scripting languages to automate
- Familiarity with PAM solutions such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust
