Role:

The role also requires the ability to navigate the complex licensing arrangements and technical requirements for the renewal of products such as Horizon, Veeam, Oracle, VMWare and Red Hat (Linux).

Essential skills

• Ability to apply Commonwealth procurement policies including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, Digital Transformation Policies and the Commonwealth Resource Management Framework
• Experience conducting ICT procurement using the BuyICT Marketplaces
• Ability to quickly understand and effectively use an agency’s procurement policy, systems and templates
• Experience negotiating and drafting contracts using the BuyICT Marketplace or Digital Sourcing templates
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships
• Whole of life costs to the Commonwealth
