• Implement client requirements using internal systems, services, and technologies.
• Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) to clearly define project scope (functional and non-functional).
• Communicate requirements to DEV, QA & Deployment teams.
• Communicate agreed scope changes to the client and internal teams.
• Manage requirements throughout the project life cycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with project and business goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Ensure Project Management Office (PMO) policies and procedures are adhered to.

Key skills and experience:

• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements using various techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing expectations with diverse stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of business experience across SDLC, Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, BCP/DR planning, Quality Assurance (QA), and Risk Management.
• Sound understanding and experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Must have experience working with external stakeholders.
• A CCBA or CBAP certification is highly regarded but not essential.
