Randstad Digital are currently working with a global electronics products & services company to find an experience Business Analyst to join their PMO, working across multiple clients on a permanent basis. This role is based in Parkinson, Queensland with free on-site parking.

- Implement client requirements using internal systems, services, and technologies.
- Elicit requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) to clearly define project scope (functional and non-functional).
- Communicate requirements to DEV, QA & Deployment teams.
- Communicate agreed scope changes to the client and internal teams.
- Manage requirements throughout the project life cycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with project and business goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and implementation teams.
- Ensure Project Management Office (PMO) policies and procedures are adhered to.
Key skills and experience:
- Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements using various techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing expectations with diverse stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of business experience across SDLC, Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, BCP/DR planning, Quality Assurance (QA), and Risk Management.
- Sound understanding and experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Must have experience working with external stakeholders.
- A CCBA or CBAP certification is highly regarded but not essential.
