About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle for both teaching and professional staff.
This is a full-time, onsite position (38 hours per week) requiring a hands-on approach to leadership and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing expert guidance on employee relations and workforce planning.
Overseeing staff compliance, including Child Safe standards, OHS, and mandatory training.
Managing HR administration and maintaining confidential staff records.
Leading staff recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
What You Bring
Senior HR Experience: Proven background in a senior HR capacity is essential.
Education Sector Knowledge
Compliance & Safety: Must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and undergo a Police Check.
Injury Management: Experience with Return to Work (RTW) and WorkCover processes is highly desirable.
