• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's integrated HSEQ management system (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS, environmental, and quality legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Develop and deliver engaging HSEQ training and induction programs for all employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures.
• Lead and investigate incidents, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop and monitor HSEQ performance indicators, analyse trends, and report on performance to senior management.
• Foster a positive and proactive HSEQ culture through effective communication, consultation, and engagement with all stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and other external stakeholders on HSEQ matters.
• Manage and mentor the HSEQ team (if applicable).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic objectives.

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a HSEQ management role within the construction industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant WHS, environmental, and quality legislation and standards in South Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated management systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license.
