- Manage quarterly commission payments and provide support for year-end remuneration reporting and salary benchmarking.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, governance standards, and supporting internal audits.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify HR processes using automation and analytics.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in HR analytics or systems-focused roles. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL is essential. They must have a strong understanding of HR metrics and data governance, combined with an analytical mindset.
