Working alongside the TA & HR team you will be liaising with different leaders in the business to fulfil their recruitment needs. The team you will be working with is collaborative and supportive, it is a great environment to share your experience in both HR & Recruitment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. From posting job ads to screening resumes and phone screening candidates and presenting shortlists. You will advise hiring managers about the current market and support them in the hiring process including sitting in in interviews. Once the new employee is hired, you will help with the onboarding.
To be successful in this role you have at least 3-5 years experience in an end to end recruitment role along with HR Generalist experience. You have used different strategies to find the best talent in the market and you have the skills to manage senior stakeholders in the business. The successful candidate will be available immediately to start. Our client offers hybrid working.
