Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team for a fast-paced, 3-month contract. If you thrive on keeping things organised and providing a seamless employee experience, we want to hear from you!
As a HR Coordinator, you’ll be the "glue" of the department, supporting everything from recruitment logistics to data integrity. You’ll be responsible for:
- Recruitment support such as scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and keeping candidates updated.
- Preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
- Generating contracts.
- Maintaining HRIS platform with accuracy and regular updates.
- Assisting with background checks, digital filing and compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for basic HR employee inquiries.
We are looking for someone with:
- 1–2 years of experience as a HR administrator or coordinator.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear, professional and empathetic communication skills.
- The ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
