As a HR Business Partner you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships across the business. Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will provide HR support to your client group and the executive teams to achieve its corporate objectives.
Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to;
Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations
Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Performance Management / Learning and Development
Employment Relations and Legislation
Provide strategic advice, supporting the full employee lifecycle
HR Projects
Build & maintain relationships
If you have an excellent knowledge in a range of HR disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a role that will suit you down to the ground. With your strong organisational capability allowing you to successfully drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation.
To succeed in this environment, you will have demonstrated the ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills. You will have strong experience in handling ER cases. Previous experience working across blue collar industries is ideal.
