Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner Lead, you will provide HR support to your client group and the executive teams to achieve its corporate objectives.
Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to;
Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations
Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Performance Management / Learning and Development
Employment Relations and Legislation
Provide strategic advice, supporting the full employee lifecycle
HR Projects
Build & maintain relationships
If you have an excellent knowledge in a range of HR disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a role that will suit you down to the ground. With your strong organisational capability allowing you to successfully drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation.
To succeed in this environment, you will have demonstrated the ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills. Previous experience working across Aged Care & or Healthcare is desirable.
