As the HR Advisor you will have the opportunity to further your career working alongside a well established HR team in the transport / logistics space. Working a combination of in the office and from home, this role offers a great work life balance.
Key elements of the role will include, but are not limited to;
Support with annual salary reviews
Support performance reviews
Manage HR inbox
Drafting employee letters
Assist with the onboarding of new employees
Provide first line support to all HRIS queries
Participate in HR Projects
Provide support related to the HR system
Incident investigations, safety inductions & training
Payroll audits
To be successful in this role you have experience in a similar HR position with involvement in the complete employee life cycle. You are tech savvy with a good understanding of Excel and great attention to detail.
