Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Educating managers on the recruitment process and ensuring relevant approvals are granted.
- Overseeing the onboarding of all new employees and facilitating induction sessions.
- Providing HR dashboard reporting and insights regarding overtime, turnover, and leave liability.
- Coaching managers to develop employee capability and effectively manage underperformance.
- Leading workplace investigations, complex disciplinary issues, and employee grievances.
- Ensuring compliance with National Employment Standards, awards, and industrial instruments.
- Supporting the execution of the performance management review process.
- Conducting exit interviews for leaders and high-potential employees to provide feedback insights.
