HR Advisor | Project | 6 month contract

Be part of a key project role focused on organisational clarity and change support. As an HR Advisor/BP, you will lead an essential "investigation" project to audit position descriptions, resolve role gaps, and ensure a robust change strategy is implemented within a complex corporate environment.

Your role

• Strategic PD Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits of role documentation to ensure organisational clarity

• Identify Gaps & Risks: Review organisational structures to ensure role alignment and identify potential operational risks.

• Support Change Strategies: Review and refine existing change management frameworks to ensure alignment with current business objectives

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership to provide expert advice on workforce planning and organisational requirements.

About You

• HR Generalist background/ experience

• Investigative Mindset: You enjoy "connecting the dots," auditing records, and bringing order to documentation gaps.
