Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, suites, and common areas.
- Perform thorough cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of all surfaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished to the standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest's environment is flawless.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
