We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in Newcastle. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to individuals within the community, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support clients in social participation, community outings, and medical appointments.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans based on individual client needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Availability: Minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
- NDIS Clearance: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
- Orientation Module: Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module.
- First Aid and CPR Certification: Valid certification required.
- Relevant Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, or equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
- Vehicle: Access to a reliable car with full comprehensive insurance.
