Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on trucks

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults

• Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet compliance and safety standards

• Maintain accurate service records, job cards & work orders

• Work independently with minimal supervision during the shift

• Uphold workshop safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Requirements:

• Australian trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Cert III)

• Demonstrated experience on relevant trucks, Volvo, DAF, Mercedes & Dennis Eagle

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities

• Ability to work the full afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously

• HR or MC Licence is highly regarded but not essential
