This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major professional services organization as an additional consultant within their People & Culture team. You will support a critical, large-scale system transformation implementing Workday to replace their legacy Orion system. This role covers a broad scope across multiple modules, focusing on driving the implementation toward a December cutover and subsequent January hypercare phase. Key Criteria
6+ years of experience operating within the Workday ecosystem.
Proven track record as a Functional Lead or Senior Consultant, ideally within a Professional Services background.
Deep functional knowledge across Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Core Comp, Reporting, and Payroll.
Experience navigating end-to-end Workday implementations (prior Orion to Workday experience is highly regarded).
Strong capability in stakeholder management, information gathering, and framework population.
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and design sessions.
Relevant Workday Certifications (e.g., HCM, Recruiting, Learning, or Absence) are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end functional delivery of Workday projects and enhancements.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Provide deep subject matter expertise across multiple Workday modules, specifically focusing on HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll integration.
Drive the end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases leading up to the December cutover.
Gather business information to build and populate key functional frameworks.
Mentor, guide, and support junior functional consultants and analysts within the team.
Maintain rigorous governance, system integrity, and alignment with industry best practices.
Support post-implementation stabilization and hypercare initiatives through January.
