You will be responsible for designing and producing quality submissions, presentations and marketing materials. This role requires an exceptional blend of creative design skill, meticulous attention to detail and outstanding project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, writing and producing compelling, high quality tender submissions and presentations.
• Managing multiple tender processes concurrently, ensuring all competing fixed deadlines are met.
• Completing tender-specific documentation, including Local Industry Participation (LIPD) and social procurement schedules.
• Ensuring all submission documents are compliant, error-free and presented with exceptional quality.
• Working collaboratively with the estimating and project teams, as well as working independently.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior staff.

Position Criteria:

• Proven experience in a graphic design role, supported by a strong portfolio.
• High proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tenders/projects concurrently and meet strict, competing deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and document presentation skills are essential.
• Exceptional, proven attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience in completing LIPD and social procurement schedules is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with skills in mentoring junior staff.
• Commercial construction industry experience would be highly regarded.
