What you'll be doing:
- Assisting drivers with paperwork: Ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete for smooth operations.
- Pallet control: Managing and tracking pallet movements, an essential part of logistics efficiency.
- Customer service: Handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing excellent support to clients and stakeholders.
- SAP operations: Utilising SAP for various administrative tasks
- Data entry: Accurately inputting and maintaining crucial operational data.
- Filing: Maintaining organised and accessible filing systems.
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a proactive and reliable individual with strong administrative skills. While not essential, prior experience in any of the following areas within a logistics or similar fast-paced environment would be highly advantageous:
- Driver support/paperwork
- Customer service (phone and email)
- SAP
- High-volume data entry
- General office administration
