• Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with developers and architects to design robust, scalable solutions.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and understanding.

• Testing and Validation: Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring test cases align with functional requirements and baseline documentation.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, workflows, and system changes to support ongoing operations and future projects.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance the user experience within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Mandatory Key Criteria:

• Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.

• Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including understanding capabilities, constraints, and best practices.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and solution design.

• Adaptability: Ability to work across multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role, preferably within an enterprise IT environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance considerations within enterprise platforms.

• MS Power Platform Functional Consultant certification.
