About the Role:

As Fleet Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the organisation’s vehicle fleet. Your focus will be on driving cost-effectiveness, compliance, performance optimisation, and stakeholder engagement, while playing a central role in leading the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) across the national fleet.

Your duties will include:

• Develop and implement a fleet management framework aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead the transition of the fleet to electric vehicles, including strategy, planning, and execution
• Manage and maintain relationships with the outsourced Fleet Provider, ensuring high service standards
• Conduct regular governance meetings and performance reviews with providers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure all activities align with compliance requirements and organisational policies
• Continuously improve fleet-related processes, data integrity, and cost control measures
• Forecast vehicle demand and ensure accurate asset and financial tracking

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale fleet operations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• In-depth understanding of electric vehicles and related infrastructure
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A working knowledge of risk, compliance, and fleet management systems
