End-of-month closing process
Compliance & Audit Coordination: Assist the year-end financial accounting process. Liaise with external auditors. Check and reconcile financial statements with auditors. Understand Right-of-Use (lease) accounting.
Assist with budget process
System & Process Overhaul: Assist in implementing standardised Chart of Accounts. Transition General Ledger (GL) codes across entities. Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting. Improve board reporting spreadsheets for P&L and Balance Sheet.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Provide financial insights and guidance on accounting procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience as a Financial Accountant, with experience in year-end processes and audit liaison.
Proactive and outcomes-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
CA/CPA (highly regarded), or equivalent recognized accounting qualification.
