Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
Manage daily financial operations: data entry, reconciliations, payables/receivables, and weekly payroll for a dozen employees.
Assist with annual accounts, audits, and statutory reporting.
Complete tax returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare and manage annual project budgets, including cashflow forecasting and variance analysis.
Provide financial insights and analytical support for management and board decisions.
Develop, implement, and monitor financial systems, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and risk management.
Support proposal and grant submissions through accurate costing.
About You
You are a qualified and organised finance professional committed to ethical financial management and continuous professional development.
You are CPA or CA qualified.
You possess strong financial management, analytical, and numerical skills.
You have demonstrated experience managing financial operations for small-to-medium not-for-profit organisations, including audits, financial statements, tax, and statutory compliance.
You have excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
You are self-motivated, manage competing priorities independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You demonstrate strong cultural competency and work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
