You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with confidence, while also offering the kind of calm, considered advice that builds trust and inspires clarity. You’ll be supported to work flexibly and collaboratively — with space to grow, lead, and thrive.
What your week might look like:
... Partnering with business leaders to guide decisions with clear, meaningful financial insights
Managing complex budgets and forecasting with accuracy and heart
Creating easy-to-understand reports that empower teams to stay on track
Being the go-to for financial advice — and feeling valued for it
Coaching junior staff and building a supportive team culture
What you'll bring:
Experience in financial or management accounting, ideally within government
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy building relationships
A calm, collaborative energy with the ability to juggle deadlines without the stress
Technical know-how with tools like Excel, TM1, or TechOne
CA/CPA qualifications are welcomed but not essential
