We’re currently seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our client on a subdivision project in Austral. If you're a skilled operator who takes pride in precision and knows your way around GPS systems, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Operate grader machinery on a busy civil subdivision site
- Can confidently use GPS system
- Confidently cut trenches and storm water, and line roads to spec

Work with a supportive and professional crew, 5 days a week with potential for weekends

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in subdivision or similar civil works
- Strong understanding of subdivision, earthworks, final trim, and road construction
- Experience operating with GPS (preferably Leica systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
