What You’ll Do:
Deliver and oversee the installation, servicing, and commissioning of integrated security systems.
Interpret and work from blueprints, design specs, and cabling plans with precision.
Provide on-site guidance, training, and mentorship to junior field technicians.
Manage work according to compliance standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and on time.
Maintain high standards of customer service, technical delivery, and job site safety.
What You’ll Bring:
8+ years’ experience as a Security Technician with trade or industry qualifications.
Strong skills in EACS systems (Gallagher, Integriti, Lenel) and IP-based CCTV (Genetec, Avigilon, Milestone preferred).
Solid understanding of system design drawings, cabling methods, and Australian Standards.
Security Licence, White Card, Open Cabling Licence, and a valid driver’s licence.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and passion for mentoring others.
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and exposed to outdoor environments.
