Randstad are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join a team in Perth. This is a stable, long-term position focused on the servicing and repair of compactor and bailing units at shopping centers across the Perth metropolitan area.
The Role:
You'll be a key part of the waste management services team, working independently to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
... Perform scheduled servicing and breakdown repairs on hydraulic compactor and bailing units.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
Complete all necessary paperwork and maintenance reports accurately.
Ensure all work is carried out to a high safety standard.

Excellent Pay: Starting at $52/hour + penalties.

About You:
You must hold an Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate.
You must have demonstrated experience with hydraulics.
You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
You are willing to undergo and pass a police check and a pre-employment medical.
You can work independently and have strong problem-solving skills.
A valid Australian driver's license is required.
