The Role: What You’ll Do
While every client is unique, we are looking for Sales Representatives who can master the fundamentals:
Business Development: Proactively identifying and qualifying new leads to grow the pipeline.
Client Partnerships: Nurturing long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach.
Solution Selling: Understanding client pain points and presenting tailored solutions that add value.
Pipeline Management: Utilizing CRM tools to track activity, forecast revenue, and hit KPIs.
What We Look For
We want to hear from motivated individuals who bring:
The Sales Mindset: Resilience, high energy, and a genuine passion for closing deals.
Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
The Essentials: A valid Driver’s License (for client meetings) and a relevant Tertiary Degree (Business, Communications, or similar) is highly regarded.
Location: You must be currently based in or relocating to Canberra.
