We are currently recruiting two Permanent EA positions across the NSW Public Sector, we are looking to speak with Executive Assistant's who have experience in providing comprehensive, high-level support to leadership teams. This isn't just a scheduling role; we are looking for strategic partners who can manage complex workflows, navigate sensitive stakeholder environments, and maintain operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior executives and will ideally bring a deep understanding of public sector protocols, governance, and administrative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Complex Calendar Management: Organise intricate schedules, prioritising high-value meetings and protecting the Executive’s time across shifting priorities.
Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, board members, and community leaders.
Communication Mastery: Draft, proofread, and manage high-level correspondence, briefing notes, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and political nuance.
Project Coordination: Lead or support special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with organisational goals.
Meeting Governance: Prepare agendas, attend key meetings to record minutes, and track actionable items to ensure follow-through.
Travel & Logistics: Manage end-to-end domestic travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense reconciliation.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven Track Record: Previous experience as an EA supporting C-Suite or equivalent senior leadership.
Public Sector Expertise: (Preferred) Demonstrated experience working within or alongside government agencies, public service departments, or highly regulated industries.
Discretion & Integrity: Absolute ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, TRIM, Tech One, SuccessFactor, Workday, and project management tools.
Adaptability: A calm demeanour under pressure and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
