We are partnering with a market leader in waste management and commercial facilities solutions to find an energetic Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment spanning a few months. This is a 100% office-based role, perfect for a hands-on coordinator who enjoys staying active and keeping an office moving smoothly.
The Role:
Supporting a busy manager, you will act as the right hand of the office, managing everything from core administration to physical logistics. Your day-to-day will involve:
Sorting, prioritising, and responding to key business emails to keep the manager on track.
Answering incoming phone calls with a bright, professional attitude and handling enquiries seamlessly.
Managing calendars, scheduling works, and completing essential paperwork.
Liaising with transport providers to coordinate deliveries and collections.
Conducting routine stocktakes and physically getting parts ready for field technicians so they can head out to jobs fully equipped.
About You:
Proven background in office administration, executive support, or service/logistics coordination.
Strong, confident phone manner with the ability to build quick rapport with clients, transport drivers, and technicians.
Calm under pressure, reliable, and exceptional at scheduling and managing busy email inboxes.
