About the role:
- EA to the Director
- Work within a fast pace environment

- Experience in providing high level executive support within a corporate environment
- Strong complex diary management and email management experience
- Full time - Monday to Friday
- Scheduling meetings
- Prioritising conflicting needs and ensuring time is appropriately available for critical meetings and issues
- Long and short term roles available
- Oversee reception staff tasks and duties
- Provide administrative support
- Plan and coordinate a range of administrative functions including preparation of reports and documents.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide a full range of administrative services, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and minute-taking for a team or senior staff members.
- Records and Information Management: Maintain and manage electronic and hard-copy records in accordance with government protocols and a document management system. Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all information.
- Financial Administration: Assist with routine financial tasks, such as processing invoices, raising purchase orders, reconciling corporate credit cards, and monitoring budgets in compliance with financial policies.
- Correspondence and Communication: Draft, format, and prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email, and respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Customer Service: Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including members of the public, government agencies, and other departments. Provide accurate information and redirect inquiries as needed.
- General Duties: Undertake general office duties, including managing office supplies, assisting with on-boarding new staff, and supporting ad-hoc projects as required.
To be successful you will have the following:
- Previous Government experience is not essential but highly desirable
- Highly skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
- Word/Excel/Outlook knowledge is essential
- Professional presentation
- Good organisation and interpersonal skills
