Tasks
As an Early Childhood Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating effectively with the teaching team to foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety within the centre.
- Developing and implementing high-quality, stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Facilitating play-based learning experiences that are responsive to each child's individual interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Observing and documenting children's developmental progress using appropriate assessment tools.
- Building strong and positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs.
- Experience in creating fun and playful learning experiences.
- Proficiency in tracking and documenting children's progress.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Approved Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).
