- Total Rewards Package: Highly competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to a 12.5% bonus paid twice annually, directly rewarding your centre's success and your leadership.
- Strategic Autonomy: You will manage the entire centre operations, from budget and enrolment to leading compliance and pedagogical practice.

Your Responsibilities
As the Centre Manager, you will be the heart of the service, responsible for all operational and educational success:
- Drive the centre towards exceeding the NQS, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Develop and manage the centre's budget, occupancy, and administrative functions.
- Cultivate deep, positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and the wider Sale community.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive, safe, and engaging environment for both children and staff.
Is This You?
We're looking for a passionate leader with a proven track record:
- You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Clear national and/or international Police Check.
- Current Working With Children’s Check.
- Asthma, anaphylaxis and CPR certificates.
- Mandatory Reporting and other obligations certificate.
- Do Food Safety Certificate.
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager role is essential.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of NQF and EYLF.
- Outstanding ability to mentor teams, solve complex problems proactively, and handle business operations.
