About the Role
Over a six-week period, you will:
... Audit current documentation practices across multiple sites
Develop standardised templates, naming conventions, and document categories
Define review cycles, retention periods, and governance standards
Draft a comprehensive Document Control Policy
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the framework is practical and aligned with operational needs
Lead a pilot implementation in selected laboratories to validate and refine the new system
Deliver a final report and recommendations to support organisation-wide roll out in 2026
About You
You’re an organised, detail-focused professional with proven experience in document control or information management—ideally in a scientific, technical, or highly regulated environment. You excel at building systems from the ground up and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Essential skills and experience:
Strong understanding of document management principles and quality standards
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience developing or implementing document control frameworks or policies
Ability to work autonomously within tight time frames
