Leave the sales targets behind. Work for a national Ombudsman where you help solve disputes between banks and their customers. You will investigate facts, talk to both sides, and make fair decisions based on banking rules.
What You’ll Do
Investigate: Review complaints about scams, loans, and credit cards.
Problem Solve: Help banks and customers reach an agreement.
Write Decisions: Write clear letters explaining the final outcome.
Enforce Fairness: Ensure banks follow the Banking Code of Practice.
About You
Banking Experience: Background in Retail Banking, Financial Services, Lending, Credit, or Debt Recovery.
Good Communicator: You can explain complex info in simple English.
Analytical: You enjoy looking at evidence to find the truth.
Confident: You’re comfortable talking to both customers and bank lawyers.
- Availability: Must be available for an immediate start or within 1 week.
Work Schedule & Training
Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM.
Training: Must be in-office 5 days a week for the first 8–12 weeks.
Hybrid Work: After training, you move to 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
