Director, Data & AI
Randstad Digital, in partnership with a well-established, trusted IT services delivery partner, is seeking an Executive Leader in Data & AI to lead their innovative Data & AI practice across Australia.
In this role, you’ll partner with executive leaders from various well known brands across Australia’s private and public sector, to deliver cutting-edge, high impact, data driven initiatives, positioning yourself as a thought leader, overseeing project delivery and driving collaborative client partnerships.
... Utilising your deep Data & AI leadership expertise, you will;
- Set the strategic vision for the Data & AI practice in Australia, with a view to grow revenue and the team over the next 3-5 years.
- Lead an experienced team of Data & AI professionals, setting best practice in delivery and fostering a values-led culture.
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of innovative data projects, in close collaboration with partners.
- Build and leverage your network of Data & AI leaders to source opportunities for revenue growth and foster truly collaborative business partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth to expand the team's footprint across the market, via organic growth and client acquisition.
Technical Experience;
The successful leader will focus on affirming and leveraging key technical relationships with core partners including Microsoft and Databricks. Experience leveraging these products will be advantageous, but not essential. However a fundamentally deep understanding of these (or similar) products will be important.

Remuneration Package
The approved salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 inclusive of superannuation.
An additional performance based bonus is also achievable, as a result of individual, team and company results.
Location
The successful candidate should be currently located in Melbourne, Australia, available to work in a hybrid (home / office) arrangement and hold valid unlimited working rights in Australia.
