About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Manager of Digital Engagement and will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising, engaging content and campaigns across digital channels.

... Build the brand: Dive into the heart of the Brisbane 2032 brand and shape our narrative by producing high-quality and engaging content that will reach a global audience, making a lasting impact on a world stage.
Connect with audiences: Drive the conversation and create meaningful content to connect with fans, nurture and grow our engaged audiences to prepare for commercialisation opportunities closer to the Games.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage content for digital channels, including website, and email across copy writing (optimised for SEO), image and video editing.
Monitor and analyse platform performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and SEMRush during business as usual and campaign periods.
Advise the business on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, related to Brisbane 2032’s business objectives.
Skills and Experience
Excellent copy writing skills across channels and audiences, including website articles, eDMs, social media posts, and campaign creative.
Experience briefing external agencies for the purposes of content creation and campaign development, i.e. photography, videography, graphic design, website content, social content, campaign management.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and executive teams. Supporting other functional areas required including media monitoring and coordinating Brisbane 2032 correspondence.
