This is a high-impact, hands-on 4-week temporary contract to provide crucial operational support, allowing the Head of Marketing to focus on strategic initiatives.
Focus: Taking on the 'doing' of current marketing and brand-related project work.
Key Tasks: Managing marketing and brand asset updates, coordinating website/digital changes, and overseeing creative workflows.
Duration: 4 weeks, with a small possibility of extension.
Work Schedule: 3 days per week in the Northcote office (Tuesday - Thursday), with flexibility on the other days.
Compensation: $40-$45 per hour+ super.
We're looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented self-starter who can hit the ground running.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, brand, or design-led roles is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with WordPress (or other CMS) and HubSpot.
Asset Management: Strong portfolio showing experience managing marketing/brand assets and digital updates.
Creative Coordination: Demonstrated experience managing designers and creative workflows.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects with various internal stakeholders.
Compliance: Must hold a valid Working with Children Check and a current driver’s licence.
Behavioural: Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, adaptable, and a highly collaborative, hands-on approach.
