My client is a leading IT Infrastucture specialist that also provides comptuing harware, software and networking IT Technology. This role is based in Bella Vista and has Hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and optimise all aspects of paid campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific reporting tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximise campaign ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and seamless customer journeys.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid advertising platforms and best practices.
What you'll bring:
- Proven hands-on experience (4+ years) managing and optimising significant budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics for comprehensive campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and how paid channels contribute to each stage.
- Demonstrable experience with keyword research tools, audience segmentation, and ad creative best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are highly regarded.
- Experience with ecommerce or Internet/ utility provider companies is an added bonus.
