Data & Program Performance Coordinator

The Opportunity
In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you’ll be the bridge between data and real-world outcomes for programs covering Child Youth and Family Support, Tenancy, and Community Development.
Data Project Officer:
...Actionable Insights: Collecting, managing, and analyzing program data to generate insights that ensure data integrity and compliance.
System Optimization: Supporting the implementation of Outcome and Impact Frameworks and identifying data solutions for service delivery gaps.
Project Administration: Coordinating tasks and timelines for program projects, including the evaluation of pilots and document management.
Quality & Compliance: Assisting with large-scale quality improvement activities and preparedness for accreditation processes.
CRM Management: Supporting a review of the strengths and weaknesses of current Client Relationship Management systems to inform change.
Project Officer:
Growth & Grant Leadership: Identify new ACT and Federal funding opportunities and lead the development of high-quality, persuasive grant applications and foundational content to drive service expansion.
Impact Framework Development: Design and implement a best-practice Outcomes and Impact Framework, ensuring all community programs use evidence-informed models to measure and communicate their success.
Service & Practice Innovation: Coordinate the creation of integrated service delivery models and pilot initiatives, working across diverse teams (Mental Health, Youth, and Tenancy) to ensure "commissioning readiness".
Strategic Co-Design: Lead collaborative projects that partner with Service User Engagement committees and internal stakeholders to ensure program design is inclusive, safe, and meets contemporary sector standards.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for motivated individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Relevant experience or qualifications in data, reporting, quality improvement, and/or evaluation.
Sector Knowledge: Experience within the community services sector, with a knack for developing fit-for-purpose systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), CRM systems, and reporting portals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate clear, actionable reports.
