Reporting to a supportive Reporting Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful support of the project Asset Engineering team. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively collating, itemising, and cataloguing all project data relevant for storage within each project's Asset Management Information System.
Updating electronic systems with information obtained through hard copy documents.
Updating and administering systems such as creating folder structures relevant for the project needs, establishing number and naming conventions, and electronically storing information within these folders.
Proactively assisting the project Asset Engineering team and completing various assigned duties as required.
Developing spreadsheets and other methods to assist the project Asset Engineering Team with maintaining a fit for purpose works program.
Assisting the Project Manager with assigned administrative duties as required.

Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs.
Strong communication skills (oral & written) with the ability to establish effective working relationships.
