Your New Role:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers via phone and email
- Log and update all information in the system correctly
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Reviewing customer files to ensure that nothing has been missed
- Data entry and ad hoc duties as required

About you:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Administration
- A strong understand of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
- Ability to work as part of a team
