Full-Time Contact Centre Specialist - 6 Month Contract - Big4Bank!
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual seeking a stable, full-time role within a large and supportive 24/7 Contact Centre team. No previous experience is required. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to learning. Multiple enthusiastic individuals are being sought to join the team, located in Sydney.
The Opportunity
Role: Full-Time Contact Centre Specialist (Temp to Perm available!)
Location: South Everleigh, NSW
Contract: Initial contract until 30th June 2026 with a strong focus on converting to permanent employment.
Hours: Full-Time, 9-5 (or similar full-time shifts TBC) Monday - Friday, with opportunities for weekend/overtime shifts.
Pay: $37.13 per hour + Super
Core Responsibilities
The primary duties of this position involve being the front-line representative for the business:
Handling Enquiries and Calls: The specialist's main duty is to be available on the phone at all times, answering a high volume of inbound calls from customers.
Customer Support: Addressing and resolving customer questions, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally.
Business Knowledge: Learning and applying detailed knowledge about the company's products, services, and operational processes to assist customers.
Standard Contact Centre Functions: Executing typical contact centre tasks, which often include:
Logging and documenting all customer interactions accurately in a system (CRM).
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or leaders.
Following established scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
