About the Job
In this role, you will coordinate the daily flow of customer requirements and service requests. You will manage the end-to-end customer experience, from initial inquiries to service delivery, ensuring everything runs with maximum efficiency and meets strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage service requests and schedule tasks to meet customer requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
- Prepare, issue and track service-related documentation and variations.
- Maintain accurate records, tracking logs, and system data.
- Assist with material demands and coordinate with third-party providers to ensure operational success.
To Be Successful
- Proven experience in a customer service or operations-based environment, ideally within transport or automotive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using MRP/ERP or CRM systems is essential.
- Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
